I am completely looking forward to Opti. Having a break from thinking about what I should and shouldn't eat 24/7 will be a blessing.

I am just back and forth about the flavour...vanilla or chocolate. I imagine vanilla would have more adding options.

Where does everyone get the DaVinci shots? I have never seen them anywhere.

I got my DaVinci syrups at Winners.. They have the motherload there. Many different flavours to choose from. The Winners by my house had sooo many. I got caramel and french vanilla. I did not get any vanilla opti. I got all chocolate and am happy with that.

I actually miss Opti-Fast, it was so easy and I actually didnt mind the taste at all. Now that im 8 weeks post-op, its so much harder.

Kelly PLEASE PLEASE tell me that the syrups you are using are indeed SUGARFREE....i was reading your posts and i see no mention of it...

Oh sorry honey, yes they are sugar free, calorie free and gluten free. I have 2 from Walden Farms (from Metro), Strawberry and Chocolate and two from DaVinci (Winners) French Vanilla and Caramel....

I just picked up my opti yesterday from Dr Hagens office, they only had vanilla, chocolate is on backorder. I can go am in a few weeks and exchange a couple of them for chocolate but the gal said vanilla seems to be the most popular?

Maybe if I have a good variety of syrups I will be ok? I will be on it for three weeks.

I think the lady was fooling you. The majority of people I know opted for all chocolate. As did I. I wish I did have some vanilla now come to think of it.

If you want I can give you a box of choclate for a box of vanilla. what area do you live in
