Planning my wedding post-op

Congratulations your news is so exciting. Since it is at least a year away I would definitely wait as long as you can to buy a dress. Even 6 months will make a huge difference.

Thank-you Pat! Yeah, I think I will see how I'm doing in January. We're hoping for June 6, 2015, but our venue may have a conflict (they have yet to organize their 2015 schedule) so we might go for May 30. 

I have absolutely zero advice I'm afraid but wanted to wish you a huge congratulations - what a wonderful thing to focus on and look forward to.

Single gal here who cannot offer any advice, but just wanted to say, what a perfect way to celebrate not only your love together (obviously) but also celebrate your entire journey!! Dress shopping will be a blast, I am sure.  Instead of picking one because you feel good in it, I bet now it will be the opposite, in having too many options that you love and feel amazing in that you will have a hard time picking that one dress!
