Cheat Days?

Who would you be cheating?  I'm with Candy (sleevegirl) on this one.  If there's something you want, fit it into your plan.  But don't call it a "cheat."

And, just for the record, all carbs are not evil.  Not everyone has the same reaction to carbs.  I was low carb for the first year because I really couldn't fit much of anything else in.  Now, I eat a variety of food.  I haven't found anything that "triggers" me.  The closest I come is that if I have a slice of bread, there'd better be a pillow in front of me, 'cause I'm going to sleep!  So I tend to avoid bread.  Find your happy place and stay there!
