180 to lose?
I lost 75 lb pre op and 75 lb post op and still losing , Im a slow loser but lose 5-10 month , im 5' 2" and started much heavier than you

See ticker below- that's basically it. This thing is totally doable- but you have to want it more than anything- committment and compliance, as Frisco says. Iv'e been in maintenance since August and have never been able to keep it off for a nano-second--'till now---the hope of WLS. Hope is here for me. Good luck. Bonnie
