Your doctor did an incredible job. You look fantastic. I couldn't see any swelling and you said you had some so just imagine what it will look like without it. Great picture.

Thanks!  There's a pretty substantial amount of swelling in my lower abdomen, lower back and around my hip bones in the front.  I can see it, but I know it's not super obvious.  I also have a pretty fair amount of swelling in my outer thighs.  Not sure why, but I'm sure it will resolve eventually  I'm super happy even with the swelling.  :)

Looks great!  My biggest fear is loose skin.  I am almost afraid to go through with surgery because of it.  Vain?  Maybe...you look great.

If I didn't have the money for plastics, I would still rather have the loose skin than weigh 267 pounds.  I cannot tell you how much more confidence I had just being thin.  There's a lot you can hide with clothes, and if you're really afraid of the extra skin - start saving for plastics now.  :)
