Thanks everyone!  I am in this to win. 

I made the decision early on that the only way I could personally be a success in my book was to stay 100% on plan-100% of the time from Day 1 of the "Pre-Op" weight loss phase.  Which means I have been 100% on plan -100% of the time for a little over a year (Pre-op phase/Post-op phase).

All I can day is holy Crap!!!! Sorry but that's just unbelievable! !! I can't believe the success you have created for your self   100/100 % is so tuff especially the way you have gone about it.... I hope anyone who is thinking of this sleeve reads your posts to see what truly can be achieved!!! They won't think twice.... you amazing and a true inspiration! !!!! Congratulations! !!! :-)

That is fabulous and it's so true---if you stick to plan the weight will come off. I do wonder, though, why your goal is 140? That gives you a BMI that is above the healthy range. Not any of my business but you have done so well and are on target I don't know why you plan to have such a high weight goal. I am about the same height as you. Anyhow, what ever reason--- you have done awesome and 281.5 pounds lost is unbelievable. CONGRATULATIONS.
