Snack ideas....
I eat the string cheese and Baby Bel for snacks too. I also snack on different types of nuts, turkey pepperoni, any leftover meats from previous meals. I like sweet gherkin pickles and I found a sugar free type at my local grocery store a few months back. I was so excited! There are lots of choices for snacks, just be certain you control the portion that you eat.
Try baking your turkey pepperoni, then blot off the fat. Makes a good crunchy chip. I like them with Laughing Cow cheese...
Marinara Sauce with a little ground beef and a dab of cream cheese...
1/2 protein bar...
and the great standby....a protein shake!
