post op...and just....amazed....

OMGosh!! 30 lbs in 2 weeks!  totally amazing!! Good on you!! So happy for you!  How are the shakes holding up?  Are they starting to get old yet?  Does your plan let you do some soups too?  I love the warmth. 

Ty Mikki  and no the shakes are not getting old to me because I tell myself I have to do this also I had cream of mushroom soup so delicious I got tired of broth....

You guys that just had surgery and doing a great job!  I'm so excited for you because I remember being in the same space your in now.  I'm 8 months out and I"m down 97lbs so you are all well on your way.  Enjoy this journey.  Good luck!

Oh my gosh you are really loosing fast. Good for you. I'm having surgery this winter so this gives me hope. Thanks for the post today and keep up the good work.

I had the same problem with nausea but I never threw up or had the heaves. I am glad your feeling better. It is amazing how little food fills me up. I hope this lasts.

Currently I'm pre-op. I have an almost unquenchable thirst at times. I'm guessing that will change. Let me know what you think ?
