Fantastic! You have motivated me to try a and celebrate Xmas in onederland! I am 13 pounds away,so it will be a challenge. Ive been in a rut and have been stalled for two-three weeks. Carbs are up and salt. I'm feeling good and ready to get the game on again!

Yay, Gwen! That is excellent. Breaking that 200 barrier really is a big deal. I think I stood on the scale and cried, then I had to double-and triple-check just in case.
