I am 3 days post op. I can tell a huge difference in my eating already. A full can of soup is about 3 meals for me now. It's crazy! When they say to walk. Walk! That gas build-up is no joke! That was the most uncomfortable part of the whole thing. I still have a little but I've been walking a fair amount. I can't wait to start seeing some results!! Good luck! :)
