you really need to go to your ob gyn to check if your pregnant and if so need to talk to your nut about adjusting your plan and supplements to keep you and the baby healthy , you may need more protein and calcium, folic acid

I would check with my nut to see what you need to do till you know for shore , nutrition is very important at the beginning of a pregnancy

it can't hurt to take extra supplements,
