S - quest bar (OMG THE RASPBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE ONE IS SO GOOD!!!!)

L - spinach and blueberry salad with walnuts and bluecheese

D - Im going to try Acai Bowl

S - Im trying not to snack after dinner cause it usually leads to poor choices for me lol

V - done

E - going for a hike then a walk on the beach with the pup

I look forward to trying the White Chocolate Raspberry Quest bar (I have one coming in the mail.) I really enjoyed the Lemon Cream Pie Quest bar. It was so light and tart-y.

D:  going out with my husband!  planning on a petit filet, share a veg, share an apple crostada (my friend's daughter is the pastry chef!)

E:  interior looping of my work building x 4

W:  yes

V:  remembered to restock!  Yaay, yes!!!

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche

Lunch 1 - salmon

lunch 2 - buffalo chicken with wheat thins

dinner - tomato basil chicken and zucchini in basil cream sauce

vitamins - on track

water - good
