Try your acid reducer, stomach acid will mimic hunger, I had that happen to me once or twice shortly after surgery and after I took the pill, within 20-30 minutes, I was golden. Good luck.

Thanks guys! I actually have had a lot of stress within the past 2 weeks. That probably makes a lot of sense because I have always been an emotional eater. I will continue to track my food so that will help me stay within my limits. 

Today for lunch, I did eat 3 oz of chicken breast where before, I could only eat 2 oz. I will continue to stay within my limits no matter what!

Keep the acid issue in mind. You may not have enough excess to give you heartburn or other issues. But you might have enough excess to give you that gnawing hungry feeling.
