having some feelings in 6th month after sleeve

yes test was with same doctor  

B12 was initially   ONLY 85 ng/L i start  tablet of b12 methycobal 500 MicroG.

now it is 285.

not diabetic, yes hypertensive but not now controlled with tablets .

this week will go to same MD, 

but as experience he just said that in last visit that only. might have some issue with the medicens well this week may be go for more test .

after visiting some more forum and peoples feeling it might be Hypoglysima,
