5 years out RNY, how much do you weigh?
I'll be 5 years out from RNY in September. Like Dana, I had a small bump up of 10 pounds at the two year mark, but lost it and have maintained my goal weight of 140 since then.

I am three years out. I started at 254 got down to 133 but now I am back at 185 and NOT HAPPY so I am totally with you. I also only blame myself because of different situations in my life soon after my surgery I started smoking again. However, last January I quit for GOOD not one smoke in almost 7 months BUT man weight is another issue. So I am also going back to the basics. I am really happy at 150 not above that mark though. If anyone wants to be a 'weight loss buddy" with me I would be thrilled.
I wonder, why is it I can eat the same exact portions now as before WLS? No restrictions, no malabsorption (which I figured) but I don't feel like I have a pouch I feel like I have my regular stomach back. How come?
