Colons are self-cleansing!

(It makes me crazy to see the commercial that claims that you might have 20 pounds or more of stuff "stuck" to the inside of your colon that needs cleaned out by their product...!)

I have been doing research and talking to other wls patients and I will NOT be doing a colon cleanse.........thank you all for your advice and replies.
