Exercise and loose skin problems. What do you do? (cross post)

I would go for a lycra pair of capris with a high waist for tummy control.  You can get a lycra tank top to wear underneath a tshirt if you're bothered by flab on top too.

I had a ton of skin and was a gym rat.  The only thing that worked for me was 2 inexpensive panty girdles from Walmart and ace bandages.  To keep rashes to a minimum I used powder and a flour sack under the folds of skin.
