These are GREAT NSV ddkVSG!

• I sneezed and didn't pee my pants.
• My work pants are getting baggy.
• My neighbor stopped me on a walk and said I looked great.
• My husband is noticing my body changing.

That's about it for now. I'm only 2 weeks out so I'm happy with them all!

These are so encouraging!  

I'm at the store right now and I couldn't find my size. I'm used to shopping in the big and tall section. I finally found the section with XL shirts. That is a great nsv!

That must feel amazing!  I can't wait to be able to walk into a store to shop, vs shopping online like I do now.  Great progress!

I'm only 3 weeks out but I have a few. 

I was never diagnosed with sleep apnea but I do snore. DH said the snoring has improved. 

Clothes are fitting better. 

Energy levels are improving. 

People have noticed I've lost weight.
