My NSV is that my "skinny" sister gave me her "too small" clothes, which she had in boxes labelled by size, and yesterday I fit into size 10 jean shorts. Even though it was freezing yesterday, I wore them for hours!

LOL, I have 5 pairs of cotton "short" shorts my daughter gave me in a size 10 maybe I should send them to you, as I cannot get the damn things done up at the waist... well I still have 8-10 pounds to goal so maybe next year's season... only thing is my thighs have so much saggy skin I may not want to go out of the house in them... LOL!

All those little NSV are just so awesome aren't they...

That is a great story. I bought a large belt for my jeans last week. To put this into perspective I ws wearing a 5x pants and not a regular large belt fits!

I have to agree that it's the little, unexpected things that make the biggest and most lasting impressions.

I often think my clothes have shrunk when I take them out of the dryer, they just look way too small but low and behold they do fit!

I also marvel at being able to actually hang my clothes (pants and skirts) properly on hangers. I used to have to fold them over as there was so much more material than the length of the hanger.....now my clothes are actually small than the hangers. It makes me smile almost daily.

Congratulations and I'm sure that your daughter is proud of you.....and willing to share some of her bounty.
