KUDOS to you, don't you feel wonderful..I am sure you have much more energy to carry around your youngster.

My words of wisdom at the 4 yr post-op mark would be..keep a pair of your largest pants and top in your closet..once you are able to wear jeans NEVER, ever wear something with an elastic waist again.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
