I feel like i lost my best friend-food

Sometimes I really miss my "food dates" in the evening that consisted of a big bag of chips and chocolate!

I am working on replacing these moments with better "friends". I quilt more, am back in school, book club, volunteer with something fun - girl guides and now I am learning to run. I am planning runs in the area and outside the area and am making friends with other runners. These are all better than eating - especially since I can enjoy things more as a smaller person who is in better shape!
