Another piece of advice from someone who was able to make use of other peoples cancellations, is that when you are at an appointment at TWH, ask Andrew (who usually works the reception desk) if there are any openings for any of your future appointments. He is SO nice and super helpful. He was always very kind and found me many openings. If your schedule is flexible (mine is) there always seem to be people who have cancelled.

Once or twice on the phone I was told that there were no openings, but it seemed that the person who answered was too busy to actually check. Its understandable, its a very busy department. But Andrew has always checked for me. Once he asked me to wait while he finished a few things. I took a seat and read my magazine and a few minutes later he called me up and helped me out. He's always smiling and happy about it. He never made me seem like I was a bother. The staff at TWH are truly fantastic.
