Great news!  I'm so happy you're getting your surgery.  You've been so patient.

Do we have to be at goal to have our arms done? I want to lose about another 40. I'm 5'6" and I think 180 would be a comfy weight. But these wings are driving me nuts

The answer that I always see from others is that you are more successful if you wait until you lose it all because then you end up with more lose skin and will want a revision.  I personally would like to lose another 10 to 20 lbs but am not getting any younger and its bothering me so i made the decision to move ahead.  I have been fairly stable with the weight for over a year...only losing 15 lbs this past year.  So if I lose 10 more during the next year that will be fine with me but I will have to know that I could get a little lose skin.  Okay with me, not looking for complete perfection and willing to have a little wrinkle here or there.

How exciting!  I had my arms and breasts lifted (at different times).  You'll be able to see the difference right away with both.  My breasts were really swollen and at first I thought he'd put in implants - it took about three months for the swelling to completely go away.  I'm so happy - it's such a dramatic change from what I use to look like.  I also had a lot of swelling with my arms - especially at the end of the day and again for about the first three months.

Question for you....if you are swollen for a few months does that mean you might go down a cup size when the swelling goes down?  He said I would be between and A and B cup.  Yep, itty bitty club!!  LOL!

Congratulations on your transformation!!!!

How the infusions affect your labs.. I am still working on my Iron Ferritin levels.. I am wondering if I should push my dr to give me the infusions.. I heard that the infusions can be dangerous (blot clotting & possible allergic reactions). I have my TT scheduled for 12/27.

Thanks,

They do watch for possible allergic reaction while you get the infusion.  I didn't hear anything about the blood clotting so don't know.  All I know is that he told me I was so low that pills wouldn't get it back to normal for a very long time.  I did 5 injections over 14 days and then 10 days later drew lab work and it went from severely low to normal in that time.  Good luck!!

Wow. I have usually seen my patients only require 2 at a max, but you may have been much more depleted over the long term.

Best wishes and keep up your oral intake !
