The intestinal portion of the DS most certainly CAN be reversed! The stomach portion can't, but trust me, there is no situation in which that would be a problem. At maturity, the sleeve can hold as much food as you would never need to eat. (*grin*)

Most of the time, any nutritional problems are due to non-compliance. (Not always, but most of the time.) This is true with both the DS and the RNY. Taking your vitamins faithfully AND getting regular bloodwork to make sure you're taking what YOUR body needs is non-negotiable with either surgery.
