Need help, what do your daily meals typically look like ?
I am 9 months on the 28th. Mine is pretty much the same everyday!
Shake for breakfast (half actually) 15G protein
mini babybell and a few crackers for snack 9GP
Pork or chicken and veggies for lunch, either salad or steamed 4oz meat 19gp
cottage cheese and fruit or low carb yogurt and 1/8C granola for snack. 8gp-16gp depending
either chicken, turkey or pork for dinner with a little bit of grains/starch and veggies 19gp
then I usually have whichever I didnt have ffor 2nd snack for last snack so 8-16
and if its a workout day (everyday but Sunday) I usually have some more fruit/veggies with that snack. Kiwis and raspberries are my 2 fave!
And I have a sf/ff grande latte/cappucino EVERYDAY 8gp
And if I anticipate burning more than 1000 calories from working out I have a half a protein bar somewhere in there. On intense days I go for 100 GP min and other days 85 min.
I try to stay under 1200 calories. I know for some peopel that seems like a lot. But I workout EVERYDAY but Sunday and some days 2x a days. I wasnt losing befre and dr. told me to up my calories. its really hard to do, afraid I am never going to get to goal! So a lot of days I am still at 800 calories, and will swap a meal for another shake :/
