Congratulations!!! My surgery is on Dec 17th as well. Surgery time is 12:50 pm need to be there by 11:20am.

Saturday starts my pre-op diet. Clear liquids plus protein shakes. Sunday is only clear liquids. Stop my diabetic meds on Saturday and I don't go back to them after the surgery.

Moving on and getting closer!

Yay! I remember the day i found out my surgery date. I was so happy! My surgery was last Tuesday. I had a liquid diet beginning 2 weeks before surgery. It wasn't as hard as I thought, but it did get difficult! Good luck to you. I'm new to this board- what surgery are you having?
