off to surgery

I was right there at that same place 1 month ago.  You will do EXCELLENT !  Rest....and walk.  Walking will really help you.  They will get you up that first night.  Walking keeps those ports from being too painful....will help dispel the gas that was used on your tummy....will get you out of the hospital faster.  CONGRATS !!!

Thinking of you and wishing you an easy recovery. Keep us all posted on your recovery.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

CW 190!!! GW Anything under 200 was the icing on the cake...going for 170...lil more icing never hurt anybody!
