You look AWESOME!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
You look mah-velous!!!

Girl, you are adorb!! and no, you did not gain 10 lbs in a week. The farther out I get the more my weight fluctuates. (I only weigh once a month now) I let my non-stretch jeans be my guide...if they are snugger, I'm up a bit....and then I workout more-because I know I wont eat less, but I do cut out the extras, like M&Ms, Oreos, chips...... I generally stay around 1,800-2,000 calories per day, burning around 500-800 at least 3 days a week in workouts.....and I'm holding steady almost 5 years out. I'm still wearing some of the clothes I bought when I hit goal at 13 months, but my shape has changed with all the weight lifting (shoulders are much broader-which my trainer says is good because it makes the ample booty look smaller!).
Thank you for the update, and I too cannot get the picture thing to work since they changed the site.
Dee *****y One!!!!! I just love you!!!! What a blessing you are on here!!!! You're beautiful inside and out!!!! As for the 10 lbs? Do you notice a change in how your clothes fit? If not I'd say it's something else. Maybe you were not centered on the scale or your scale was having a mechanical fit!!!!!
