Havent been here in a long time. Down 178 lbs in 20 months. Has anyone tried these new...
I'm thinking RainbowRN (and a lot of other hard-working people with demanding jobs) probably count on grab-n-go shakes as a thankful option. I haven't purchased a store-bought shake in months but do like trying what's new out there. Warning to those considering buying the 32-ounce of Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt...the 32-ounce size also comes in a non-Greek version with identical packaging..easy to mistake the two.
The stats IMHO are kind of crappy. More carbs then protein. Definitively not for me.

Sorry that I have not been able to reply until now. Busy last 24 hrs. I really like these shakes because to me it's a good 'grab and go' item. I would not normally consume that much sugar but it taste good and is healthier than some other things that I could be eating. What good for one may not be good for another.
I'm so busy and on the road a lot, that these would be cool! At least, certainly better than a lot of other drive-through options for me. And who can eat yogurt with a spoon while driving a car? I mean, I CAN, but I SHOULDN'T. :) Thanks for the suggestion!
(And you are doing awesome, by the way!)
