No more popcorn for me
I'm almost 18 months out and still haven't tried any popcorn, but in all honesty...I was never much of a popcorn eater anyway. Having kernels stuck in my teeth drives me bonkers-it always has!
Until very recently, any corn products I attempted to eat made me feel horrible afterwards, so I took it as a sign that my pouch just wasn't ready for corn. I ate a corn tortilla on vacation a couple of weeks ago and handled it with no problems. ( I will still limit my consumption though....for me it could be a slippery slope. )
I think subbing a more protein rich snack for popcorn is an excellent idea.

I love popcorn, and I have a pretty "sturdy" pouch, but pop corn can make me a bit queasy my stomach/pouch is empty. I love the movie theater butter, though, and can easily overdo it, so I usually bring a small bag of almonds and a fruit leather (or, occasionally, even some pretzels) in my purse.
