Had Surgery in 2009 and Best Vitamins to take-You won't believe...

In November 7,2014. I had C-DIFF during the first week just felt crappy, fever, not eating , the biggie here "diarrhea " went to the new  doc Who didn't know a me and my rny bypass (11 yrs) everything was out of wack. I was on vancomycin,potassium,magnesium, because of all that was wrong I need advice on starting on a liquid vit, b-12 any advice and suggestion appreciate it. Thanks.
