It is sooo normal to slow down, as you have less weight to lose. Keep up the good work. It will come off.

Thank you so much! I am proud, and I think I am a little lucky. I do work out very hard, and I watch my diet closely, but lots of people do and don't lose that fast. I'm also 29 (only for a couple more months) and I think that gives me a slight advantage.

Here is my before at 240 lbs - miserable, unhappy and muddling through life.

And here is my after at 147 lbs

The above pic was taken at my 20th HS reunion this past Saturday--it felt amazing to go as a thin person!!!

Here is another pic that was taken on Sunday--its from our professional family pic--the first that I've had taken since before my 7 yr old was born!!

I was just looking at my wall last night and I noticed the picture of DH and I is a "fat" version of me. I am definitely going to have to fix that.
