Not Happy!!!

Well, I got my drain taken out on Friday - happy about that. I weighed in at 218lbs on Friday and the scale hasn't moved. OMG, it is so discouraging and you get to wondering what the point was if you aren't going to lose weight. Also, I am still struggling with head hunger, but it is getting better. I just have to work on my portion size....hmmmm. I am hoping that I will start seeing the numbers drop soon. I still have my feeding tube in, and I will have it in until the 30 July....Any suggestions from anyone? Need some encouragement and some pointers. I hope everyone is doing well....Hugs
