I wonder!

So, I went to my doctor yesterday and he got me to weigh on his scale.  He went on it once and made sure the scale was accurate.  So, I got on it, weighed my self and according to that scale I was 214lbs.  According to my scale that morning, I was 216lbs.  It felt good though to look at a less amount.  This morning I weighed myself on my scale and I weighed 215 lbs.  My friend says that I should just go by one scale - good idea.  I am just glad that this stall is over.  I was at 218 lbs for about a week. I increased my water intake and I kept on working out.  Here is an example of a day for me.

1 Whey protein shake 1 1/2 scoops - (39g protein)
6 oz milk
1/2 banana

3oz fish (3g protein)
1 mini pickle

1 Whey protein shake 1 1/2 scoops - (39g protein)
6 oz milk
6 blueberries

3 oz shaved turkey (3g protein)
2 slices zuchini

Plus all the water that I can get in.

Anyone want to share a day in the life of your life??  Any suggestions would be great.  And also, how much protein are you getting in a day?
