6 weeks out.

6 weeks out today. Had my yearly physical today also. Dr. was happy. 262! I'm so lose to 250! It's coming off slowly but surley. Couldn't do it by myself. Thank goodness for the sleeve!
Last summer, my A1C was 6.2 and I was diagnosed as diabetic. Today it is 5.2! Doctor was so happy with that!
Still trying to get protien in and all of my liquids. I'm doing my best so thats all I can do.
Didn't exercise today. Had an ingrown toenail removed and it is very sore! Hoping its better tomorrow as I don't want to go without exercising cause it will be tough for me to get back into it.
Went shopping with the kids yesterday. Thought I'd try on a smaller size outfit. Didn't work. :( Still got my belly and my breasts which cause me to have to get bigger clothes. Oh well,,,one day it will come. Just gotta keep thinking positive.

Overall, if this is all the weight I lose, the sleeve is still worth it. I feel so much better already! :)
