1 Year Out

Well, I went to my 1 year post-op appointment this morning. I have managed my weight for 3 months at the same weight! Yeah!!! So excited. This has by far been the best decision I have ever made. I have altered my life style and I look and feel great. I AM going to be one of those stories where people say " Yea I have a friend who had surgery and KEPT the weight off". Nothing can ruin my day!
