5 mo. Post op 68 lbs lost

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am 5 months post op from the sleeve. I started at 276 and I now weigh 208. I am so close to oneder land. I am excited about my journey so far. I was a size 20W and now a size 12. It  amazes me how my body responds to the new changes. I won't say that this journey has not come with a few struggles because it has. My mind remembers how it use to eat and drink and it definitely tries to steer me back in those directions but it is daily choices and decisions that count. I no longer live by the numbers on the scale. I just try to focus on eating healthy and exercising. I have made some mistakes but through my support channels I quickly get back focused and back on track to my goal. I still have about 50 lbs to go and I intend on reaching my goal. Yes this is still one of the best decisions of my life.
