Out of Town

I'm out of town on a business trip.  Staying at a hotel, trying to eat right despite the high fat and salty food... I gave in tonight and had some potatoes.  Ok, and a small piece of tiramisu.  I hate how once i give in a little, i figure all is lost and forget all the 'rules' i have for myself.  I kind of wish the guy who sat next to me yesterday was there.  He said to me, "I bet you wish you could give some of your fat to me."  It was like he was a little kid, and said what was on his mind.  If he were there, i would have given him some of my fat, my tiramisu.

I wonder how i'll ever break out of the role as fat girl.  More on this later.
