I am back.....

Wow it has been a good minute, I think my last post was 2011, doing this from my phone so I can't go back and forth to check. I think the last pics were from 2011, here it is a new year 2015...may 5th will mark 6 years post opp..I lost a total of 105 lbs within the first year of surgery, I have manage to keep it off over the years with trying to watch what I eat and some regular exercise, but in this last year it has really been a struggle to maintain I have gone anywhere from 170 to 197 presently..I want to blame some of the current weight on bloating but excuses get no results... I am back on here to get motivated because by may 5,2015 would really like to be anywhere between 150-160..somebody might look at that and say no way, but I have found that because of my surgery, if I buckle down and stick to eating right and exercising regularly, it is possible...when I had the surgery it was my tool to loose the weight and it worked, now it's my tool to maintain it..I am so happy I had it done...would do it all over in a heartbeat...it truly changed my life..now over the years I have found that I am able to eat more than I did when I first had it done...so I feel like I am at a critical state in my weight loss journey, I really have to work at keeping it off..this is where you having a good mind set will come into play...you have to have to will power to eat right and exercise..or all the hard work you have done will be a waste...I know where I came from, I and even though I was big I never thought of myself as a nobody or I wasn't the shit, I always held my head high but I knew there was a smaller version of me that wanted so bad to be found and with the help of my weigh loss surgery I found her and I love her just the same, she was beautiful then and she is beautiful now...I can only hope and pray my story Will inspire someone on this site, my journey didn't happen over night and it's an ongoing battle but you can't give up the fight..so I will be posting pics and more pics and more pics...lol...I will do a monthly weigh in pic to show my progress..so here to a new year, new challenges, new accomplishments....and a better you and me...xoxo obesity peeps...
