Broke the stall

I was starting to think I was going to weigh 190 forever!!! I hit 190 the day before my period (1/31) and have been between 190 and 193 ever since. Today is February 20th and the scale finally moved (in the right direction!) I hit 188 this morning. What a relief. Even though people say you aren't done losing....it doesn't stop me from thinking I might have failed. I bumped the protein starting 2 days ago and wowla! I'm down 2 additional pounds. I really believe it's all about the PROTEIN. Can't weight to get under 180 now!
