I went to a weight loss meeting.  I'm getting sick of diets that never work, and I just gain the weight back, and then some.  I saw in the newspaper that they are having these meetings at the hospital, so I thought, "Why not?", maybe I can qualify by some slight chance.

The meeting went well.  Met one of the Dr.'s who performs this surgery in Salt Lake City.  She measured my height and I'm 5'6 1/2.  I''ve always thought that I was 5'8.  That was a little depressing.

She gave us a website to go on and track our dieting throughout the years and input our personal information to get the ball rolling, so I will go in and do that now.  Also gave us some handouts.  One of them listed this website to check out for help, so here I am.
