Ten Years post op today

Its been ten years since my roux n y gastric bypass surgery. I had lost 133pounds, however have gained back 60 of it. Battled breast cancer for the past 15 months, but am now a survivor! My surgeon retired about 4 years ago and I have not gone to see anyone since. I wanted to do the surgery or even the lapband surgery again, but my family is against it. I have lipodema in my legs where the circulation is bad and with that comes these large legs which I always had but didnt know it was attributed to the vein problem. the veins become constricted and the fat cells are released through the walls of my veins so the big legs would never go away anyway. not sure if i should just give up. surgeon says he cant fix the vein circulation problem. it doesnt hurt my health as far as my heart is concerned, but it will just always give me these big legs. Does anyone know or have this problem? If I could find someone in NY on Long Island that could fix this, let me know.
