wed weigh-in

good morning everyone ,
im down 4 ounces  from sat . i only weigh myself once a week , but because last sat was officially 1 month  i decided to weigh in that day .wed was the day i had my surgery . im ok with that  number  its almost 1/2 pd  as long as i see the numbers going down im happy .  i feel great  i know im doing all the things that i need to do .
