I was hoping this morning that I could say I lost 100 pounds but I am .4 pounds away from it. I think my scale hates me because I weigh myself about 3 times a week. Mostly to make sure I am watching my sodium carefully, because if I eat uptown I retain fluid like crazy, so I have learned to ask them to prepare my food with no seasoning if possible. This is such a fast paced world I need to just slow down and take it all in. I have tentatively set my goal at 199 but I don't know if I will be happy with that number.If anyone can tell me what is the best way to set your goal weight? I am 4 months out and I have changed clothes sizes 3 times. Amazing.
