I'M BEING DEVOURED BY THIS FAT BODY

About 3 weeks ago, I finally admitted to myself I can't do this alone anymore.  I've started to regain weight and need professional help. I tried the 5 day pouch test and it no longer works. So, I finally called the Dr and made an appt. I pray it will be the beginning of a new road back to healthier living.
