APPROVED!!!!

 Yay! I've been approved for my sleeve surgery!! 

I need to have an EKG, Upper GI, Chest X-Ray and blood draw, then The date will be set! I have been scheduled for education class on Nove. 7th. 

I can't wait to start my new healthy life!!
