Thrilled

I am beyond thrilled. I dropped into a pants size that I haven't seen in about 10 years.  I'm in new territory, with the more weight I lose, not having the sizes already available. My husband always thought it was a joke to keep the old clothes around, even though I hadn't been able to wear the pants for more than just a few years. As I've been dropping weight, I've been able to fit back into clothing that I've had but just had to sigh and ignore.

 I am vindicated for having held onto the old clothes on a "some day I might wear this again" feeling. Yesterday, for once I didn't mind looking in a mirror at new jeans. While I still have a ways to go, the progress I've been making is exhilarating.
