I visited with my nutritionist today to verify that my alterations to my meal planning for baby bump were correct. She said I was doing a great job with making sure to get my calcium and my protein count up. Coupled with my exercise, the only thing I need to work on is getting a bit more veggies and not drinking them all (i.e. though I'd love it if it were possible, V8 does not work as a substitute for all the veggies i should be eating). She's going to follow up with me in two months and verify everything is going well. 

She says the increase with milk for the calcium is perfect for the 300 additional calories that I'm supposed to be doing. She wants me to call her though if this week's ultrasound reveals multiple births. She knows there are a metric ton of twins in my family from both my father and my mother's side of the family. I doubt I'm carrying multiples, but hubby and I will find out on Friday. Hopefully someone is there to catch him should he have a panic attack and faint.  He is terrified that I'm going to "twins" him.
