Major Update...

Hello OH,Thought iwould do an update since its been a while since ihave been on here. Well last week iwas admitted to the hospital
because ihave blood clots in both lungs 
. Right now I'm on blood thinners for 6 months, nd ihave to go to the Coumadin clinic 2 x a week. It was a scary situation, before iwent to the ER iwas experiencing shortness of breath nd chest pains.As the morning went on ithought maybe it would go away, but it got worsed. So my husband drove me to the ER nd they did a CT scan nd found the blood clots in my lungs. Right now I'm doing better, nd just thanking GOD
every chance iget. On Thursday was my 1 month post op checkup nd ihave lost 32 lbs 
. My nutristionist moved me a stage in foods, happy about that. iHave a better selection to choose from....Well till next time
