Hi everyone its been a very long time since I've been on OH , but life has been good and busy! Just passed my 2nd year since my surgery and I'm still at my goal weight! Woohoo!
Best thing I've done for my health. All my blood work keeps coming back in good ranges. I now wear a size 8/10 from a 2x before.
I most appreciate just feeling normal .... I don't stand out in a crowd. I'm a normal sized person. I can go do things with my husband, sit most anywhere I want and wear what I like.
Life is good!
